Qinghe Fang, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, China, School of Ocean Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology
Assoc. Prof. Qinghe Fang graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2017 and became an associate professor and master's supervisor at the university in 2022. He has chaired or completed more than ten longitudinal and crosswise projects, such as general projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Young Scientist Fund and the China Postdoctoral Foundation. Professor Fang has published more than 20 papers in Coastal Engineering and other journals, received the authorization of three national patents, and won the Pearl River Water Conservancy Science and Technology Award. Now he teaches undergraduates and postgraduates majoring in civil engineering. His main research interests are action and control of extreme waves for offshore bridges, disaster-causing mechanism of extreme hydrodynamic forces of coastal structures, and wind wave and current action on offshore structures.
Chuanxi Xing, Professor, Master's Supervisor, China, Yunnan Minzu University
Prof. Chuanxi Xing, male, Han nationality, is a professor and master's supervisor at Yunnan Minzu University. Prof. Xing earned his doctorate degree in engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2015. He holds membership in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), ASM International, China Computer Federation (CCF), Acoustical Society of China (ASC), China Institute of Communications (CIC) and China Society of Astronautics (CSA). In December 2015, Prof. Xing joined the School of Electrical and Information Technology of Yunnan Minzu University, where he was awarded the titles of "Excellent Teacher" and "Excellent Tutor of Students' Extracurricular Scientific and Technological Innovation Activities" in 2016, "Famous Teacher" in 2019, and "Excellent Teacher" in 2020. His main courses are embedded system development, principle and application of single-chip microcomputer, wireless sensor network, embedded operating system, introduction to the Internet of Things, information theory and coding, etc. Prof. Xing has instructed students to participate in the scientific research project of the National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program, and successfully applied two national projects, two provincial projects and eight school-level projects. In addition, he also instructed students to participate in science and technology competitions and won 21 national awards, including 14 awards above the second prize. In terms of scientific research, Professor Xing has chaired one project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two provincial projects and two school-level projects, participated in 13 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Major State Basic Research Development Program of China (973 Program), and joined in large-scale marine scientific research experiments for 11 times. In addition, he has written one academic work, edited two teaching materials as the editor-in-chief, published more than 50 papers (ten indexed by the SCI/EI Compendex) and 26 Chinese core journals, and applied for five patents. His research field is underwater acoustic signal processing.
Xiang Gao, Associate Professor, China, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC)
Prof. Xiang Gao is Associate Professor at UESTC. In 2006, he received his bachelor's degree from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, UESTC. From 2006 to 2008, he worked at the R&D center of Suzhou Zhonglei for software development. In 2008, he went to Lund University, Sweden, for further study, where he received his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in wireless communication in 2010 and 2016, respectively. During this period, he worked at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications in Sweden on multi-antenna terminal test systems and later in Silicon Valley in the US on 5G communication technology. In October 2017, he joined the National Key Laboratory of Anti-Interference Technology at the University of Electronic Science and Technology. In 2019, he was selected as a candidate under the Overseas High-Level Talent Recruitment Programs supported by Sichuan Province. Prof. Gao has long been engaged in research on 5G and large-scale MIMO. His research activities include measuring channel characteristics, channel analysis and modeling, signal processing, and system design and implementation with a focus on wireless channels and electromagnetic wave propagation, and he has both academic and industrial experience. Until now, he has published more than 20 academic papers and reports with more than 2,000 citations, according to Google Scholar. In addition, he is also a long-term reviewer for various academic journals and serves as a technical committee member for international conferences.
高翔，电子科技大学副教授，2006年本科毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息工程学院，2006至2008年在中磊（苏州）研发中心从事软件开发工作，2008年赴瑞典留学，于2010、2016年分别获瑞典隆德大学（Lund University）无线通信专业硕士、博士学位，期间在瑞典索尼爱立信（Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications）从事多天线终端测试系统的研发工作，后在美国硅谷从事5G通信技术的科研。2017年10月加入电子科技大学通信抗干扰技术国家级重点实验室。2019年入选四川省引进海内外高层次人才计划”。 长期从事5G和大规模MIMO方向的研究，以无线信道和电磁波传播为核心开展信道测量、信道分析与建模、信号处理、系统设计与实现等工作，兼具学术界和工业界的科研经验。发表学术论文和报告二十余篇，共被引用2000余次（据Google Scholar）。长期担任各类学术期刊的审稿人和国际会议的技术委员会成员。

Rajarajan's research areas of interest include Crystal Growth, Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells, Thin Films, Nanomaterials, and Acoustics. Six Research Scholars received their Ph. D. Degree from Anna University and two research scholars pursuing their research work in the field of crystal growth & nanomaterials. Prof. Muhammad Nasir Khan received B.E. degree in Electronic Engineering from Dawood University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan and M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands (and MSc from UET Lahore) and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute for Telecommunications Research (ITR), University of South Australia, Australia. His first job was in Pakistan Telecommunication Industries (PCI) Pty. Ltd. as Assistant Manager, specializing in telecommunication. Then he went abroad for post-graduation and doctoral studies. Currently, he is Professor in Electrical Engineering Department, The University of Lahore, Pakistan. His research interests include communication theory, adaptive modulation and iterative decoding, free space optical communications, machine and deep learning, and wireless sensor networks.

Assistant Professor Abhijith Rajeev specializes in applied mechanics and oceanography. During his scientific career, he has published approximately eight papers in both SCI and peer-reviewed journals, and delivered 11 papers at international and domestic conferences. He also serves as a reviewer for many internationally-recognized journals. Currently, he is conducting three types of research related to coastal planning and environmental impact assessment.

Jianning Tang is Professor and Deputy Dean of both School of Electrical and Information Technology and the Institute of Unmanned Autonomous Systems. He is also a joint Ph.D. under Beijing Polytechnic University and the University of Michigan. From 2012 to 2017, he worked at the China Academy of Ordnance Science. In 2017, he was appointed to Yunnan Minzu University as a leading talent. In 2018, he was included in the High-Level Talent Program of Yunnan Province. Prof. Tang is currently conducting research on the development of unmanned autonomous systems and frontier science. He has completed 13 scientific research projects, 7 of which are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Central Military Commission, with total funding of 21.77 million yuan. He was awarded one Science and Technology Progress Award at the provincial and ministerial level (Third Prize) and one Science and Technology Progress Award of NORINCO Group (Third Prize). His research findings related to intelligent unmanned systems, collaborative guidance and control of multi-unmanned systems have been adopted by many departments and applied to practice.

Prof. Shuaidong Jia, male, is an associate professor in the Department of Military Hydrographic Surveying and Charting, PLA Dalian Naval Academy. He is mainly engaged in the data processing of marine surveying and application research. Prof. Jia has published two monographs and more than 50 academic papers and was granted nine national patents and 12 software copyrights.

Siddhartha Engineering College and Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam. Previously he worked in VBIT, Bulehora University, Ethiopia and Bhosho Architect Pvt.ltd. His research interests include mix proportioning, properties and micro structural analysis of self-healing concrete, self compacting concrete, light emitting concrete and special concretes -experimental and numerical investigations, etc.
